NEWSLETTER FEATURE: Marsha Stoltz

I was born in Peoria and grew up on a working farm in Marshall County outside of the small town of Camp Grove. I am the fourth of eight children, four brothers and three sisters. Besides working on the farm my father also worked as a carpenter. My mother was a homemaker. Most of my siblings and their families still live in northern and central Illinois.
After graduating from Bradford High School I started working at McConnell, Kennedy, McConnell & Morris now known as QJHPC. I worked there in the secretarial pool for seven years leaving to be a stay at home mom returning in 1985 to work for Tom Johnston and Bob Jennetten.
My husband Mark and I were married in 1974. Mark worked for Wm. Wrigley Co. for 28 years retiring six years ago. We have three children, Ann works at Rogy’s Learning Center while working on her master’s degree in special education , Joe is also working on his master’s degree in multi media from Cal State University East Bay and Dave, who is married to Angie (a social worker). Dave most recently was a defensive line football coach at Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. He has moved back to Peoria and just started a job with RJ Distributing.
My parents were the biggest influence on me growing up installing their Midwestern values of God, family and good work ethic. I like to travel, go camping with my family, music, reading and football. The one thing you may not know about me is that I like to quilt.
The thing I like most about working at QJHPC are the people and friends I have made. I also enjoy and find interesting the variety of the work in the legal field.
